Bought a few different preserves at a Christmas market. Just had the pineapple and gin chilli jam with some brie and crackers. Absolutely amazing, full of flavour and a massive whack of spice. Honestly one of the best jams I have ever eaten. Outstanding.

Superb hot sauce that has a real fresh flavour. I can fully appreciate why it won an award as I got through my first bottle within a week and then went to buy three more, great offer 3 for £10 and excellent postage/communication on my order. Would highly recommend and I will be buying more.

I have been eating this jar out. I love Lime Pickle and was sceptical about “Sweet & Hot” which usually means 'sugar and not much else'. It comes with a warning “Warning this pickle packs a punch” which usually means the same thing… There’s power, a HUGE aftertaste, this has depth, not just heat. But honestly, it really DOES have heat. Probably the closest thing to the perfect Lime Pickle that I will see in Europe.
