In collaboration with our friends at Freda’s Peanut Butter, we’ve crafted a classic Mexican-style cooking sauce. By blending their chocolate and vanilla peanut butter with spices and chilli, we’ve created a rich and flavourful mole (pronounced ‘mole-ay’). This traditional sauce is perfect for serving over chicken. Go here for a recipe!
