Pineapple & Gin Chilli Jam

(7 customer reviews)

This sweet and sour chilli jam has a medium kick and is equally great as a BBQ or cheese condiment. It also makes a wicked sweet n sour chicken!

3 of my favourite ingredients in a jam! This has a real kick but is delicious.

Got this from nantwich food festival , ended up leaving in kitchen cupboard and completely forgot about it , when one day I made chicken tacos and ran out of salsa , came across this and decided to give it a try …. I genuinely think this will be a staple in my tacos from here on in
Sweet , tangy with a little kick , perfect ! Worth every penny

This is something very special, nice fruity sweet small chunks of pineapple, a nice chilli kick and flavours of chilli gin.
I tried it by using a small spoon to put it on crackers.. before I knew it half the jar was gone! That’s how good it is.
Really good with cheese too. Hope this is a continuing collaboration.
