We implement strict allergen control measures to prevent cross-contamination of all allergens used on site. This includes segregated storage, dedicated equipment when feasible, validated cleaning protocols.

Our staff are trained in allergen handling, and we use controlled production scheduling to minimise risks.

We also ensure suppliers follow strict allergen
management procedures.

May contain allergen warning

These are ‘may contain’ warnings passed on from our suppliers for certain ingredients used in this product.

Allergens present onsite: egg, cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, mustard, milk, soya, sulphites.

Allergens are stored in sealed containers and products made with these allergens are produced separately from products without using different seals for machinery.

All vessels and utensils that come in contact with products containing these allergens are cleaned with VWP removing organic matter, cleaning and sterilising.
