COVID-19 update for deliveries
COVID-19 has put unprecedented pressure on the national postal service. Your order could take up to five working days to arrive after dispatch in busy periods. The information below reflects the steps in place to work within the restrictions imposed by this international health crisis. We hope to restore our usual collections and deliveries as soon as it is possible to do so.
Local collection
Temporally suspended due to the lockdown in England
We offer a local collection option. There is no charge for this service. We will contact you to arrange a collection slot after you have placed your order. We are open for collections between 9 AM and 5 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.Wednesdays.
UK delivery
We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day. We cannot dispatch on weekends. Please always provide a contact telephone number so that our courier can get further directions if necessary.
Couriers: Royal Mail or Parcel Force
Price:
- Free on all orders over £25 – Shipped with Parcel Force 48hr. Tracked.
- Orders under £25 & under 2kg (usually 3 standard sized products) incur a charge of £2.99 – Shipped with Royal Mail – 2nd Class. There is no tracking available for this shipping method.
- Orders under £25 & over 2kg incur a charge of £7.99 – Shipped with Parcel Force 48hr
- Orders under £25 & over 2kg incur a charge of £9.99 – Shipped with Parcel Force 24hr
European Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day. Orders will be disatched with either Parcelforce or the Royal Mail depending on the size of the order. All international orders are tracked. We cannot dispatch on weekends. Always provide a contact telephone number so that our courier can get further directions if necessary. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
Price: Varies depending on country. Please enter your address on the cart or checkout page to find a shipping cost.
Packaging
We reuse and recycle as much as we can so please excuse our packaging, its what’s inside that counts. We will package your order using eco-friendly boxes, tape, and void fill but we will also reuse any plastic void fill that’s is given to us.
Terms & Conditions
We endeavour to ensure that your order is well packaged to protect what’s inside, however in the unlikely event that your package is damaged, please contact us immediately on the details below. We will need your order number and photographic proof of the damage. As long as this information is provided we will replace or refund any damaged items.
