Local delivery
We offer a local delivery option. There is a minimum order of £30 for free local delivery. Deliveries are made on the Wednesday following your order between 8am and 6pm. We increase our delivery days over the Christmas period.
Postcodes covered: BS1 – BS16 + BS30, BS31, BS34, BS36 ONLY
Local collection
We offer a local collection option. There is no charge for this service. We are open for collections between 9 AM and 5 PM on Monday to Friday.
UK delivery
Your order will be dispatched the next working after your order has been placed. Orders are dispatched and delivered Mon-Fri only, if you order on a Thursday and select Parcelforce 24 your order would be dispatched on Friday and delivered the following Monday. Please always provide a contact telephone number so that our courier can get further directions if necessary. Note, during busy periods it may take up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

- Free on all orders over £30 – Shipped with Parcel Force.
- Orders under £30 & under 2kg (usually 3 standard sized products) incur a charge of £4.35 – Shipped with Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked or £5.45 with Royal Mail 24 hour tracked.
- Orders under £30 & over 2kg incur a charge of £8.10 – Shipped with Parcel Force 48hr (No Saturday delivery)
- Orders under £25 & over 2kg incur a charge of £9.99 – Shipped with Parcel Force 24h (No Saturday delivery)
European Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day. Orders will be dispatched with either Parcelforce or the Royal Mail depending on the size of the order. All international orders are tracked. We cannot dispatch on weekends. Always provide a contact telephone number so that our courier can get further directions if necessary. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
Price: Varies depending on country. Please enter your address on the cart or checkout page to find a shipping cost.
Packaging
We reuse and recycle as much as we can so please excuse our packaging, it’s what’s inside that counts. We will package your order using eco-friendly boxes, tape, and void fill but we will also reuse any plastic void fill that is given to us.
Terms & Conditions
We endeavour to ensure that your order is well packaged to protect what’s inside, however in the unlikely event that your package is damaged, please contact us immediately on the details below. We will need your order number and photographic proof of the damage. As long as this information is provided we will replace or refund any damaged items.

Where's my stuff??!
Our couriers are reliable, but in exceptional circumstances happen and things go missing. This is out of our hands and we will always get to the bottom of it for you, just reply to your order confirmation email and we will get on it. Please note you will need to wait for 5 working days after the day your order was dispatched before we can do anything and it could take 2 working days for the courier to come back to us after raising a query. We will always replace any broken items or missing orders but please do bear with us as it can sometimes take time to sort out. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
