We offer a local delivery option. There is a minimum order of £15 for free local delivery. Deliveries are made on the Friday following your order sometime between 8am and 6pm. We also deliver on a Monday throughtout December.

We offer a local collection option. There is no charge for this service. We are open for collections between 9 AM and 5 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Your order will be dispatched the next working after your order has been placed. Orders are dispatched and delivered Mon-Fri only, if you order on a Thursday and select Parcelforce 24 your order would be dispatched on Friday and delivered the following Monday. Please always provide a contact telephone number so that our courier can get further directions if necessary. Note, during busy periods it may take up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

- Orders under £25 & under 2kg (usually 3 standard sized products) incur a charge of £3.49 – Shipped with Royal Mail – 2nd Class. There is no tracking available for this shipping method.
- Orders under £25 & over 2kg incur a charge of £7.99 – Shipped with Parcel Force 48hr
- Orders under £25 & over 2kg incur a charge of £9.99 – Shipped with Parcel Force 24h
We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day. Orders will be disatched with either Parcelforce or the Royal Mail depending on the size of the order. All international orders are tracked. We reuse and recycle as much as we can so please excuse our packaging, its what’s inside that counts. We will package your order using eco-friendly boxes, tape, and void fill but we will also reuse any plastic void fill that’s is given to us.
Terms & Conditions
We endeavour to ensure that your order is well packaged to protect what’s inside, however in the unlikely event that your package is damaged, please contact us immediately on the details below. We will need your order number and photographic proof of the damage. As long as this information is provided we will replace or refund any damaged items.
Wheres my stuff??!
The couriers we use are pretty acurate but sometimes stuff happens and things go missing this is out of our hand and we will alway get to the bottom of it for you, just reply to your order confrimation email and we will get on it. Please note you will need to wait 5 workings days after the day your order was dispatched before we can do anything and it could take 2 working days for the courier to come back to us after raising a query. We will always replace any broken items or missing orders but please do bear with us as it can somtimes take time to sort out. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
