This jar holds 12 eggs pickled in a cider from a small producer and Ghost Chilli. The cider brings a sweet farmhouse flavour which is followed up by a nice heat from the chilli!
Good with crisps, Ploughman’s lunch and a cold beer.

It is surprisingly (!) difficult to find speciality pickled eggs so very pleased to find these at GingerBeard’s Preserves. Delivery was swift and very well packaged.
