Free range eggs pickled in a cider from a small producer and Ghost Chilli. The cider brings a sweet farmhouse flavour which is followed up by a nice heat from the chilli!
Good with crisps, Ploughman’s lunch and a cold beer.

Store in a cool dry place. Once open keep refrigerated and use within three months.

It is surprisingly (!) difficult to find speciality pickled eggs so very pleased to find these at GingerBeard’s Preserves. Delivery was swift and very well packaged.
