This is something very special, nice fruity sweet small chunks of pineapple, a nice chilli kick and flavours of chilli gin.
I tried it by using a small spoon to put it on crackers.. before I knew it half the jar was gone! That’s how good it is.
Really good with cheese too. Hope this is a continuing collaboration.
