Just on the outskirts of Bath, and conveniently placed just off the Bristol and Bath Railway Path, you will find Electric Bear Brewing’s brewery and taproom.
Their beers range from easy-drinking ales to highly-hopped, high strength beers – from their core range to their experimental small-batch nano brews. Electric Bear was founded by Chris to escape a small garage which had no running water and no drainage where he was making his own home-brew on 20L Speidel Braumeister. They all started as homebrewers at Electric Bear with a passion to make and create and a passion for all things artisans: an ethos that we can fully get behind.
The beer drinkers among you may well have come across some of their popular lines like Limewire or Mamba, a couple of their bestselling beers.
For our Ale & Chilli Piccalilli, we selected their American pale ale, Werrrd. Its bright aromas of pink grapefruit, mango, and orange rind give our piccalilli an exciting twist to this very British condiment.
Ours is packed full of crunchy veg and the odd bird’s eye chilli. Perfect to enjoy with cold cuts, pork pies (picnic season is just nearly here the corner!) and of course cheeseboards!
