This aubergine pickle is well spiced with a medium chilli heat, it has a sweet yet tangy flavour. Part of our 10^th anniversary limited edition range this is a classic Indian curry condiment, best enjoyed with curries and poppadoms.

Good with: dry curries, poppadoms.
