A wicked twist on Harry’s great-grandad’s recipe, these onions are pickled with hot ghost pepper chillies and have a very hot building heat. Enjoy with cold cuts or just as a snack. Made with Carolina Reaper and Ghost Chilli.

In the kilner jars I used to give these to my chili fanatic friends as gifts… but the screw top jar is less giftable. Love the onions though.
