It can be used as a dry rub or mixed with a little olive oil to marinate meat or vegetables (perfect for easy delicious chicken or vegetables kebabs or a Middle eastern style roast chicken). Use it as seasoning for your Middle Eastern dishes such as tagine, shakshuka, koftas or rice dishes.
