Originally created in collaboration with street food outfit the Italian Sausage, the addition of limoncello to this sweet and spicy sauce is our spin. Best enjoyed with stir-fries, tempura battered seafood or vegetables and sausage sandwiches.
Good with sausage panini, salmon stir-fry, dipping.

I bought this sauce from the Bath and Bristol Food Festival and omg it’s incredible! Far from being an average sweet chilli, it’s sweet, spicy but with an incredible citrus undertone that really makes it vibrant! I will absolutely be buying more asap as I’m already half way through 12 hours after buying it!
