This aubergine pickle is well spiced with a medium chilli heat, it has a sweet yet tangy flavour. Part of our 10^th anniversary limited edition range this is a classic Indian curry condiment, best enjoyed with curries and poppadoms.

Good with: dry curries, poppadoms.

aubergine (44%), onion, soft dark brown sugar, white wine vinegar, rapeseed oil, date syrup, tamarind, garlic, ginger, red chilli, mustard seed, turmeric, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, sea salt, cinnamon, curry leaves
