A delightful twist on our original beer and bacon chilli jam, crafted especially for cider and chorizo enthusiasts! In collaboration with Somerset Charcuterie, we’ve created a medium-spiced, onion-based chilli jam featuring farmhouse cider and chunks of their cider-infused chorizo. Enjoy the perfect blend of flavours in every bite!

Good with burgers, cheeseboards, sandwiches and straight from the jar.

onion, cider (sulphites)(12.5%), cider vinegar, cider chorizo (Pork (87%), Cider (4.8%), Skimmed Milk Powder (2.7%), Salt (1.9%), Garlic (1.4%), Paprika, Dried Chilli, Water, Dextrose, Cayenne Pepper, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate)(10%), granulated sugar, dark soft brown sugar, garlic, ancho chilli flakes (0.8%), ancho chilli powder (0.8%), chipotle chilli powder (0.8%)
