Fig & Sour Cherry Christmas Chutney

Good with cheeseboards, charcuterie boards and pork pies.

Ingredients: apple, beer (water, barley, hops, yeast) (20%), dark soft brown sugar, figs (fig (95%), rice flour) (10%), onions, dried sour cherries (6%), red wine vinegar, mustard seed, cinnamon

Original Beer and Bacon Chilli Jam

Good with burgers, cheeseboards, sandwiches and straight from the jar.

Ingredients: onion, beer (water, malted barley, oats, wheat, hops, yeast) (13%), red wine vinegar, bacon (pork (85%), water, salt, yeast extract, dextrose, sugar, stabiliser (sodium triphosphate), antioxidant (sodium adsorbate), preservatives (sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate)) (10%), granulated sugar, dark soft brown sugar, cascabel chilli (3%), garlic, chilli powder (1%)
