A collab with Mike from Nutcessity whose Gingerbread Almond nut butter brings mellow spiced flavours and a nice little crunch to our twist on this peanut-free Asian classic. It makes for a great dipping sauce or a base for stir-frys and marinades. For a thinner sauce add a little coconut milk.
