The rhubarb in this traditional rhubarb jam has a lovely tart flavour with a touch of sweetness. It’s great for cakes or pastries and of course to spread on your toast for breakfast! Add a dollop of Rhubarb Jam to plain yogurt for a healthy and tasty pud.
