Our Sweet Red Onion Relish is an original take on a British classic that has been developed and produced in collab with Fierce & Noble. The red onion has been gently cooked down with Fierce & Noble’s Straight Up Stout creating a sweet, sticky and moreish cheeseboard condiment.

Good with cheese, charcuterie, sandwiches.

red onion, beer (water, malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast), dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar (sulphites), molasses, sea salt, chilli powder, cinnamon, coriander, allspice, cloves, ginger, nutmeg
