The temptation to make all the Parks & Recs references for this new release is strong! We are really excited to see this one go live.
Our latest sauce, is the perfect breakfast accompaniment. Our Brown Sauce is made in collaboration with the team at Wild Beer Co and features their famous barrel-aged sour red ale, Modus Operandi. We’ve blended in loads of apples, dates and molasses in this sauce. You will notes of fruit and spices when lathered over your eggs & bacon.
We had great fun developing this one with James & Brett in our kitchen and after trying a few different variations, we settled on this one.
We hope you enjoy it, and no doubt, Ron Swanson would approve.
