Fermented Scotch Sriracha
An exciting twist on a classic hot sauce. This Fermented Scotch Sriracha is a collaboration with The Independent Spirit of Bath. It’s laced with their Scotch whisky to fermented chillies to create this unique Sriracha with a boozy kick.

Jalapeno Loco
Jalapeno Loco is a herb-infused green chilli sauce that lives up to the collaborator’s (Pasta Loco) name: a mad twist on a classic of a salsa verde. This herbalicious sauce is a must have for game day snacks or a sneaky way to spice up your pasta pots.
Mango Milkshake IPA Hot Sauce
A collab with Arbor Ales who brewed a one-off Mango Milkshake IPA especially for this sauce. Fresh mangoes and habaneros are a match made in hot sauce heaven, this sauce is smooth, silky and is the perfect partner to a falafel stuffed pita.
