Ingredients: apple, beer (water, barley, wheat, hops, yeast, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon) (20%), dark brown sugar, figs (rice flour) (10%), onions, sour cherries (apple juice, lemon juice, vegetable oil) (6%),  red wine vinegar, mustard seeds

Original Beer and Bacon Chilli Jam

Ingredients: onion, beer (water, malted barley, oats, wheat, hops, yeast) (14%), red wine vinegar, bacon (10%), granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, cascabel chilli (3%), garlic, chilli powder (1%)

Produced in collaboration with Moor Beer Co

Good with roast turkey, bacon & brie toasties and burgers.

Ingredients: cranberries (53%), dark brown sugar, beer (water, malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast) (16%), water, granulated sugar
